Privacy policy
We take the protection of your personal data seriously. This site is deliberately data-minimal: it sets no tracking cookies and embeds no advertising; for reach measurement we use anonymous, cookieless statistics on our own server - which is why no cookie banner is necessary.
1. Controller
Responsible for data processing on this website within the meaning of Art. 4 (7) GDPR:
Wolfgang Lutz
Vierzigmannstr. 20, 91054 Erlangen, Deutschland
Email: dev.lutz@live.de
2. Hosting & server log files
This website is hosted by an external service provider (the host). When you visit the site, the host's web server automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files that your browser transmits. These are: IP address, date and time of the request, the page requested, the referrer URL, browser type and version, and the operating system.
This data is processed to ensure a secure and stable operation of the site (error analysis, defence against attacks). The legal basis is our legitimate interest under Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR. Log data is stored only for as long as necessary for these purposes and then deleted. Where the host processes personal data on our behalf, we have concluded a data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR.
Host: Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Deutschland
3. Contacting us (email, phone)
If you contact us by email or by phone, the details you provide (such as your name, email address and your message) are processed solely to handle your enquiry. We deliberately do not offer a contact form; your enquiry is not stored in a database on this website. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1)(b) GDPR (steps prior to entering into a contract) and/or our legitimate interest in answering your enquiry under Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR. We delete this data once your enquiry has been dealt with, unless statutory retention periods apply.
On the contact page, the phone number and email address are not contained in the page source; they are loaded only upon your active request (a click), rate-limited per IP address. This makes it harder for these details to be harvested automatically. No third-party services are involved.
4. Cookies & analytics
The public pages of this website do not set any cookies that require consent. For anonymous reach measurement we use Umami, which we host ourselves on our own server (subdomain stats.angelkarten-saale.de); no data is passed on to third parties. Umami works without cookies and without cross-site tracking - it creates no user profiles and does not store your IP address permanently. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in needs-based, privacy-friendly statistics (Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR). Because no cookies requiring consent are used, no cookie banner is necessary.
5. Interactive map (OpenStreetMap)
Where an interactive map is offered, it is loaded only after you actively activate it. When activated, map tiles are loaded from the servers of the OpenStreetMap Foundation (St John's Innovation Centre, Cowley Road, Cambridge, CB4 0WS, United Kingdom), which necessarily transmits your IP address to that provider. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6 (1)(a) GDPR) given by activating the map, and our legitimate interest in presenting the fishing stretches (Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR). See the OpenStreetMap Foundation privacy policy for details.
6. Disclosure to third parties
We do not pass your data on to third parties except to the processor mentioned above (host) acting on our instructions, or where we are legally obliged to do so.
7. Encryption (SSL/TLS)
For security reasons this site uses SSL/TLS encryption (https) for all transmissions.
8. Your rights
You have the right, at any time and free of charge, to information about your stored personal data (Art. 15), and to rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and to object to processing (Art. 21 GDPR). Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time with effect for the future (Art. 7 (3) GDPR). To exercise these rights, please contact us using the details above.
9. Right to lodge a complaint
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. The authority competent for us is:
Bayerisches Landesamt für Datenschutzaufsicht (BayLDA)
Promenade 18, 91522 Ansbach, Germany
