Consumer dispute resolution

We are neither willing nor obliged to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (§ 36 VSBG).

Note: the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform was discontinued in 2025, so it is no longer referenced here.

Liability for content

As a service provider we are responsible for our own content on these pages in accordance with § 7 (1) DDG and general law. Under §§ 8 to 10 DDG, however, we are not obliged to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information or to investigate circumstances that indicate illegal activity.
